Heaven is a fun nightclub to attend, especially on their Monday night “Popcorn” events, where students can get a discounted entry fee with a valid student ID. The club caters especially to the gay community, but often hosts events at which they attempt to draw in a more diverse crowd of all sexualities. There are 3 distinct dance floors, which play different style of music. The largest room, on the ground floor, plays electro and house music. The middle floor plays pop and dance music. The top floor plays multicultural dance music including reggae and drum and bass. Since the clientele of this club is firmly established, it is not recommended for those lacking tolerance of alternate sexual preferences. The security is tight, and you should expect to pass through a metal detector and receive a light frisking before entry. It is worth noting that matches are not allowed at Heaven. Overall, Heaven is highly recommended, especially on Monday nights. Those who enjoy electronic and dance music will find it enjoyable, as each room plays a different style of music, but they are all rooted in electronica.
